Fowfers

I was wondering what peoples experiences are with using the fowfer in there routine. I’ve just started to incorperate it into my regimen. Have any of you gained in flacid length?.

fowfers are great for flaccid length, the guy who invented them, fow, had a huge flaccid length. Like, 7 inches if I remember rightly. Lots of people including me still do them, I use them after my hanging sessions to keep the stretch going through the day.
