Frequency of excercise

Should PE excercises be done together? What I mean is for example due to time and privacy I do hanging during my lunch break (2 sets of 20 min)and later that night I do jelqing and squeezes and stretching(using the stretcher Zekeman shared with us). Is there any reason this would slow down progress by having to seperate them this way?

It might be better the split, I always have thought two smaller sessions were better than one long one. But we are all in the caveman stages of PE or should I say we are the lab rats. You seem to be making the most out of your time. Let me know how it works out.

I agree with dino, although I am not doing this now I was going to do two sessions of 10 rep uli’s, morning and night. I thought the more freqeuncy the better-as long as overall volume does not get to high.
