Gained 2 Inches manually, now what?

Hey,

Long time lurker of this site and finally decided to make an account because id like to share my anecdotal experience and I have a question about ADS/Pumps etc.

I discovered this site around 3 years ago, but back then I was too lazy to give anything a try so it wasn’t until I was 18/19 that I decided to give it a try and after just a few weeks/months I had already gained probably around 0.6 inches and was hooked. I started average at around 6 length but with significant girth(didn’t measure but probably 6ish also).

All I did though-out my experience so far is the same routine, basically just alternating between hard 30 second stretches and jelqing in the shower for around 15 minutes a few days a week + occasional piss pulls + longer one hour ish sessions in the bath around once per week. My then girlfriend noticed almost immediately and it massively positively reinforced this simple routine until around 6 months after starting I had gained around 1.2 inches length so then standing at 7.2ish and defo some added girth too but I didn’t measure. I felt really content/got a little lazy and discontinued my routine at this point with plans to continue later down the line.

Around 6 months later I had retained all of my length but defo lost that temp girth boost and my flacid was back to default at which my point my then gf said a few rude things that got me back on my routine.. Call me insecure if you want aha

Anyway that day I measured and was still sitting at 7.2 so I decided my plan was to get to 8 and be happy. This took around 4/5 months of the same simple 15 minute per day shower routine until I finally clocked in at 8 and even 7 girth during times where I was consistent.

It has now been 6 months since then and I have kept every drop of those erect length gains, although my girth is back to around 6.5 and my flaccid is the default I spawned with.

I have now decided I’d like to take it more seriously and get to 9 inches. I know many people here seem so believe there is a wall at two inches gained but personally, while I have of course seen diminishing returns, I feel considering how little effort it has taken me to gain 2 inches there is defo more room in the tank and I have yet to experiment with equipment of any kind which I now want to do as I live alone.

So my question is what pumps/extenders would you recommend for primarily length but also temporary girth?

Id love something which I can wear while I work or sleep ideally?

After 4 years in the gym I have maxed out 95% of my natural muscle building and so I feel I am ready to dedicate more time towards PE and away from the gym. Personally I feel the time investment is much better in PE because you actually get to keep the gains you create, unlike bodybuilding in which you’ll pretty quickly lose a ton of your gains when you take a break from training.

Also if anyone starting out has any questions feel free to leave them below!

Short notes from my experience so far.
1. Less is more in my experience. 15 mins per day has yielded me 2 inches. Who knows if more would have helped or hurt my gains.
2. Deon breaks work a charm. It seems every-time my gains have slowed or I’ve gotten lazy and stopped for a month or so my gains jump start next time.

It correlates so very well with some “assumptions” I had. When I read the subject of your thread, even before I read it, I though to myself “mmh..2 inches…this guy has to be young, with big girth, an a naturally large septum”

Sure enough, you matched exactly those characteristics. First, at 18/19 your growth plates were still open which facilitates tremendously the hyperplasia. Second, you were naturally born with that potential for BPEL development. A big girth, that beyond any doubt translates into a big elastic septum that has only been limited by natural erections.

With your simple routine, all you did was to elongate that septum which had all that potential, it just needed some extra tension to keep growing. Your other tissues perfectly came behind thanks to your natural growth rate.

Now, those conditions are what we all have been trying to replicate for so long. Today, thanks to members like Kyrpa and other, we have the Ultrasound and heat technology that help us extend the septum, but we are still missing some pieces of the puzzle.

Generally speaking, I would advise you to read about stress relaxation as it is very important to keep those gains coming. In your case, as you already know, less is more. As long as you see gains with a consistent routine, keep going, dont change it. If it ain’t broken, why fix it. Only when your gains stall or diminish, switch to tier techniques, tools. Honestly, in your case I wold even add tools at this point. Again, if you see gains, keep going.

Congratulations, many of us wish to be again your age to profit from current knowledge. You have a bright future my friend. Set yourself as goal nothing less that the stars. Grow 15 inches if you want, the Gods are watching our efforts to some day be like them.

I always wondered if my starting girth was somewhat responsible for my quick gains so that makes a lot of sense now you explain.

I am just turning 21 now so I am definitely grateful that I seemingly benefited from starting in my late teens for the first two inches. Seems like guys in here are making crazy gains at any age though!

I have just restarted my original 15 minute routine now and while of course I cannot expect to keep gaining at the same speed I am fairly certain its possible to get to 9 inches purely via manuals. Like you said if it ain’t broke don’t fix it and I certainly won’t discontinue this routine for a long time. I currently plan on continuing this alone for a minimum of 2 months before introducing any equipment.

With that said I would like to maximise my gains while I’m still quite young and see how much I can gain over the next few years(without overdoing it or injuring myself of course aha) so I am very interested in trying out some pumps/extenders and taking this safely up a notch in the near future.

Up until now all my stretching has been 30 seconds per position pulling with a lot of force which has worked well, I wonder if at this stage I might benefit from the addition of the time under tension that comes from an ADS etc, as I am sure my body isn’t used to this at all and much like with muscle building, id assume switching focus between intensity and volume would promote growth in the same way it does with muscle tissue.

You seem extremely knowledgeable and experienced so I wonder if you have any experience with Pumps or ADS and might be able to shed some light on this theory and perhaps recommend and equipment for when I do decide to make the jump?

Congrats to fantastic gains. You did found your penis’s «hot spot». Keep doing what you do. On ADS; you say that you are stretching by pulling with a lot of force for 30 seconds in every position. When using an ADS, you will have to go light as tension goes, but put in hours. Depending on your daily scedule, work situation, the type of ADS or extender is something that you will have to think about before buying, or buy cheap copies to try out, to find what might work in your daily life. But if you want to go with an ADS, or a light hanger version of it, I reccomend that you uses max 1-1,5 lbs of weight, to be able to wear it for 6-10 hours per day. In my present work situation, I am on my feet all day, and I use weights of 230grams/280 grams/400 grams ( alternate on different days) and have them on for 6-9 hours per day, and are keeping my flaccid hanging at 17 cm/6,5 inch NBFSL all day. I am using an extender to put in more tension on daily basis, the hours vary. I am getting close to 2 inch total length gain, but it has taken a lot more years than it did for you, but I am still growing so I will keep on going.
