Gained and then lost... HALP!

I have been jelqing for about 3 months, and the last month i combined BM-pumping and jelqing.
Everything has gone great, except for an injury in the first month, which had me rest 4 months. But overall ive gained around 0,5” since I started.

But after one of my pumping sessions, where I pumped a little to hard and long, my dick felt really fatigued for days… Now i have rested 3 days since then.
I was around 6”NBP when I started PE, and after my first month(after which i hurt myself) I had gained 0,25” which lasted even though I rested for 3 months.
Then I gained the other 0,25” after the break. But even though I rested for 3-4 days, my erections arent as hard anymore, and I only produce 5,9” NBPEL

Any thoughts, or should I just wait until EQ is back up? I usually get lowered EQ untill 24h after my PE-session(1day on 1day off), is that a sign that I am overdoing it?

Ive read that a long time ago but was unsure what this all meant, because ive made gains but with lowered EQ temporarily normally.

Im SO HAPPY now though, I had a normal erection this morning(and yesterday but i didnt measure) and it was ROCK HARD and when I measured it showed that I havent lost any gains.
This is such a relief.
