Gaining Fast With Minimum Work
So after trial and error. I think I’ve found the ultimate routine for me. I haven’t measured yet but it’s very clear I’m growing just by looking at it and feel. Plus, my girl keeps saying my dick is getting longer and thicker.
So I’ve decided on doing only a month of work but actually it’s only ten workouts total. I do 1/on 2/off. I’m convinced less is actually more. Then when my ten workouts are done I take a two week break because I actually already have 20 rest days while actively PEing. Then start up again.
I do the hanging with Fire followed up by ten minutes in the pump. What I’ve noticed only after one cycle is my flaccid hangs longer and thicker pretty much all the time now. My erections are harder and bigger than they’ve ever been and my stamina is unlimited.
I will actually measure once I do another two or three cycles. I know now that I’ll never go back to working my dick every day and walking around with a shriveled tired dick.
