Gaining Fast With Minimum Work

So after trial and error. I think I’ve found the ultimate routine for me. I haven’t measured yet but it’s very clear I’m growing just by looking at it and feel. Plus, my girl keeps saying my dick is getting longer and thicker.

So I’ve decided on doing only a month of work but actually it’s only ten workouts total. I do 1/on 2/off. I’m convinced less is actually more. Then when my ten workouts are done I take a two week break because I actually already have 20 rest days while actively PEing. Then start up again.

I do the hanging with Fire followed up by ten minutes in the pump. What I’ve noticed only after one cycle is my flaccid hangs longer and thicker pretty much all the time now. My erections are harder and bigger than they’ve ever been and my stamina is unlimited.

I will actually measure once I do another two or three cycles. I know now that I’ll never go back to working my dick every day and walking around with a shriveled tired dick.

Nice man. I have been contemplating doing the same. Right now I do 3-4 weeks in a row, and then do a 2 week decon.

Are you measuring flaccid stretched length to gauge progress ?

I’m not measuring right now but it’s clear I’m growing. I’m not really in flaccid hang as much a erect gains but it’s nice.

Yea I’m just convinced now that your dick needs plenty of rest. I wish I’d never read any old forums on the old way of hanging and stuff.

Yea that sounds like a good routine. I’m just convinced that we should do just enough work to cause growth and not anymore. If you’re constantly working your never getting the rest and repair you need to grow.
