Hi everyone!I’m at the 6 weeks now and doing the newbie routine now is 9 min. 2 days on 1 day off.
I do 14 stretches of 30sec straight out and down
And 18 stretches of 10 sec, 5 sec hold a keg and 5 sec reverse keg

Before was doing much more.than I took a break of 2 days and start again with 6min.

You know 2 weeks ago my tunica grown a bit what should I do? I that a sign of growing penis!

Any advice? Thanks

Hi guys? First I hope you can understand my English, because I have a very important point here.

Everyone here is taking rest days?
Is this really needed?

I’m wondering when we do manual stretching for length if we should take rest days.you know why?because when you are wearing an extender ,everyone advice you to wear it for 8 or 10 hours a day ,every day no rest days.that the only way you can gain,wearing it every single day. That means you are stretching your dick for hours,comparison the 5 /10 minutes in the newbie routine.
I read a lot on this site,the most complete site I ever read,but I never understood this;

Stretching for 10 minutes a day= 8 hours wearing an extender. How it can be possible?

I gained from an extender,about 1/2 inch,now is 2 months I’m doing the newbie routine, at the moment I’m at 13 minutes per day adding 2 or 3 minutes every 2 weeks.

This is my routine after 8 weeks;
16 stretch of 30 secs
20 stretch of 10 secs
30 stretch of 2 secs
4 stretch of 30 sec a stretch

Total minutes 15
I’m thinking to go from 2 days to 3 days and 1 day off, while I’m doing squeeze for 6 or 7 minutes every second day.

I would like an answer from more expert guys, and I would like what you think guys about my routine!

My gains at the moment is 0.25 girth and about 0.15 in length, maybe this length comes from the girth’s gains.

Nice and i was wondering the same thing extenders are worn all day and manual stretching is only a few minutes. I guess its because with manual stretching you are applying more force which causes more tear and the stretcher is a constant long soft stretch. So did it take you two months to gain that 1/2 inch from the stretcher and you gained the extra .15 in. from manual stretching?

Good luck wearing the extender all day. I do get a really nice stretch out of my Jes Extender though. I can wear it about an hour before it becomes way to comfortable in a fatigue kind of way. Extenders give an intermediate level stretch for intermediate levels of time. ADS are generally more comfortable, can be worn all day long, but are really just “anti-turtling” devices. I’ve been using my extender as a supplement to hanging.

Granted, while i’m far from an expert, i think the general concept with ADS/extenders is akin to plastic deformation—that is, to keep the unit in a stretched state so that as microtears heal, they do so in the elongated state.

I always think about the rubber band analogy: If you take a rubber band and stretch it and then immediately release it, it goes back to its default shape. However, if you stretch it keep the rubberband stretched for a longer period of time, the band won’t go back to its original shape.

Granted, the penis isn’t a rubber band, but i imagine the concept is similar here.

Yes took me about 2 months to gain 0.5 inch with stretcher and I remember I gained a bit of girth too.my stretch was not soft at all.what I think is that a continue stretch for hours make you gain.that’s all. In Italy there are few doctor who advices to wear a stretcher.after that I bought a mechanical stretcher to use it for an hour a day.

I was stretching 6 secs on 3 secs off for an hour in the evening, every day no day off. After 1 month I was adding 20 minutes per day( for 2 weeks). I gained and I came back to one hour again.

Again 2 months for an hour per day. I added about 20/30 minutes per day for 2 weeks and results again.

In about 7 months I gained almost an inches.

Now that I’m manual stretching I’m a bit confused,and I ask for an advice about my routine.

Anybody can help?

If you gained 1/2” in 2 months, why stop? Keep using the extender mate :)

Have you worn in under clothes?


Conquering my goals.

Hi man!I would if I could. What happen is that one night I sleep with it and in the morning,I had very bad pain in my stomach,and now if I stretch continue for long time I get that pain again.for that I switched to this.no I never worn under clothes I think is impossible.

Hi alex,

It’s a bit difficult to assess your routine of stretching as it is so variable.

But you must remember that stretching is a routine to physically stretch your penis. - That sounds obvious. But stretching for 2 seconds is unlikely to give you much in the way of gains as it is more of a simple pull than stretching.

Quite simply if you gained about an inch in 7 months then you are doing the right thing and it would be worthwhile continuing that until you cease making gains. As that seems to be your ideal stretch

Your stretch time is a little confusing as the amount of time you list adds up to 9 miniutes but you say it is 15 minutes

Looking at your routines it does seem that you make gains using longer timed stretches. So that would probably be the best way to go with your manual stretches but I would suggest you keep the squeezes at the lower time and keep an eye open for blood spots.
