So I would recommend the newbie routine if you are a newbie. It has a good variation of basic exercises working both girth, length and erection quality. I think jelqing and kegels are great exercises, especially for newbies because they are great for erection quality and you might find that your erections get stronger and bigger and so you can get fast easy gains just from improving your erection quality.

Goal: 8 nbpel 6.3 eg

I’ve done almost nothing but stretching, and I’ve had great gains.


September 20, 2007: BPEL: 5.8 inches, EG: <5.5 inches

March 15, 2008: BPEL: 7.6 inches, EG: 5.75 inches

Yes, that's a gain of 1.8 inches. And no... That's not my real picture.

Just 2 would make me the happiest man alive. I would settle for 2.5 in though. .5 in girth would be lovely hopefully the new routine gives me good results and quickly so I can start my hanging.

Sorry for the long response, guys. I didn’t re-check this thread ‘til just now.

Anyhow, I’ve been doing PE since Sept. 2007, but I didn’t get serious with PE ‘til Nov. 2007 (which was when I received my ADS). Starting PE, I was sort of expirimenting around and I didn’t have a consistent schedule. But when I got my ADS, I started to get serious with PE: During the first two and a half months, I wore the ADS for 8-12 hours per day and performed manuel stretching exercises for 15 minutes before going to bed (no rest days). Since the start of Feburay, I’ve kicked up my PE routine a few notches: Now, I wear the ADS for 12-14 hours per day and stretch for 30-60 minutes before going to bed (no rest days). I usually don’t like to measure (since PE gains are slow, I’d get discouraged if I measured every week); but even without measuring, I can tell that the added effort into my routine has helped with gaining quicker.

I’d be happy to answer any more questions on the subject.
