Generally, how effective is the BTC Stretch compared to normal manual stretches?

More? Less? Equal?

For me, these type of stretches were most effective. I would reach behind my leg and pull down and backwards until I felt the stretch in the ligs.

More. Though I’m not sure exactly what constitutes normal stretches.

I do these throughout the day on my days on. Usually around 20 minutes at a time while sitting, then I take a break, kegel a bit. I don’t keep track like I should be doing but I’d say a good 5-6 sessions of it at least.

I hope it’s not too much for a newbie like me, but I haven’t noticed any adverse effects yet, and I like to think it contributed to my relatively fast BPFSL gain. I also find my flaccid hang looking better on days I do them, and if I have a partial erection or just finished an edging session, I can actually look HUNG when it hangs. My secondary goal is to become a Shower instead of a grower.

It’s such a great exercise during my work hours because no one would ever know or suspect.


Start: BPEL 6 3/4 MEG 4 3/4 BPFSL 6 7/8

Goal: at least 7 1/2 NBPEL x 5 1/2 MEG.

They’re easy and work great.

They are very effective for fast initial length gains for most guys. But they should be used in a balanced way with other stretches. They’re also an excellent “warm up” for other stretches like tunica tugs, because getting the ligs elongated puts more strain on the target area instead of the ligs resisting.


Start: Oct '16 - 6.75" BPEL, 4.875" MSEG

Current: Oct 15, '22 - 7.875" BPEL, 5.875" MSEG

GOAL: 8" BPEL X 6" MSEG

Btw, how do you hang BTC with heating pad on? Mine is a bit bigger and while I can get it without problems on when hanging SO or pumping, I can’t seem to figure it out when hanging BTC. Any suggestions?

You pull your dick down and back, behind your balls. If you have a big sack, just do your best to push it to the side

You can hold the stretch with your hand, or you can do the fowfor and sit enough to hold it stretched in place. Just be careful sitting on your privates, because it can be painful if you don’t get situated correctly. I have a hard time not feeling like my balls are getting crushed but otherwise I love the simplicity of this exercise.

ok I think I get it. You place de dick beneath your ass cheeks to keep it elongated. Is that correct?

It not only helps with length. For me, I think this stretch has really helped me with BEG gains. Bringing out the inner penis.
