Hello,

I’m new here but have done PE techniques on and off over the years. I’m not sure whether or not I have actually gained anything, based on the way it feels, I believe I have but I digress. I’ve been consistently doing it for the last several months now and and am looking to be more proactive about a routine- my question is; when I get to the stretching part of my routine, I have a difficult time not becoming at least mildly hard. I feel like this is defeating the purpose of this portion of the routine. Any suggestions? TIA.

Just breathe. Deep, long breaths, keeping your breath for a while. You will see your erection disappear. Also, try to listen to some music while stretching. I tend to stretch best at blues, since it takes me to a different place, filled with cigar smoke, bourbon, dark stained wood and several broken hearts. Definitely no boner here.

Breathing has definitely helped. I do try to do mindless things- watching tv or whatever. Will have to keep finding what works for me. Thank you 🙏🏼

Since I am easily aroused from not having enough sex with my girl, breathing has helped me endure through the times of being bone hard. Another thing I do is heating my cock as erection starts. It helps for me.

A quick tip: if you have a smart watch, like Huawei’s GT2, you can set the clock in for breathing exercises. During the exhale, push forward with a reverse kegel and feel the stretch. You should feel the suspensory ligaments stretching.

It takes time just as keeping the right erection level while jelqing. I mastered it due consistency. Dont watch porn because the images in your head make you horny. Somethimes I want to watch porn and have to PE in the evening. I know when I dont watch i will get too hard while PEing. So i do it but i dont watch porn. Im now in a fase where I can maintain the perfect erection level for 30 mins long with 3 stops.

When you jelq and stretch a long time it gets boring and you will not get hard. Just think of bad things like not gaining or watch some tv during the jelq. Listen to music helps me too.
