Getting Erect During Stretching
Hello,
I’m new here but have done PE techniques on and off over the years. I’m not sure whether or not I have actually gained anything, based on the way it feels, I believe I have but I digress. I’ve been consistently doing it for the last several months now and and am looking to be more proactive about a routine- my question is; when I get to the stretching part of my routine, I have a difficult time not becoming at least mildly hard. I feel like this is defeating the purpose of this portion of the routine. Any suggestions? TIA.
