Getting hard while jelqing

Just do your jelqs at 100%. I do them at 100% and I’ve gained.Try them.

I don’t understand how it is possible to jelq with a 100% erection. How do you push any extra blood up into the penis when it is that hard?

Neither do I. According to what I have read jelqing with a 100% erection helps nothing beside getting a chance to the penis injuries.

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

An erect penis is not steel, you can still expand the blood inside. My thinking is that when you do girth exercises at 100%, then your pushing your limits to create new limits. Jelquing at 60% only makes you stretch to what you’d normally be at 100% or even less. But that’s just me, I like testing to see if I can improve on certain things.

If you just keep at it, you will not have the problem, just go very slow, and as you get erect, just completely stop, wait for it to subside and start again. I know this may seem hard but I had this problem to the worst degree, like I would touch myself for an instant and get super hard, but over time, it begins to ease up. Good Luck!

I don’t jelq now, I’m doing hanging exclusively. But when I did, and I got hard during, I’d stop and do 100 kegels until it got down to 70-80% then started back up. Sometimes I had to do that 3 times in a 15 minute session.

Thanks for the help. I’ll try the kegels, but I have noticed that when I do them at work, I start to get hard after a while. I stop of course, since I don’t want my boss to call me in while I’m showing half a boner through my pants.

By the way, I have made a few posts here already, but I would like to just say hello officially. I have experimented with PE on and off for a while. I have never taken it seriously or committed to it, and that’s probably why I haven’t noticed any gains. I have stretched, pumped, and hanged in the past, but never with a routine. The most immediate results came from pumping, but they are never permanent. I still sometimes lightly pump (and then apply a ring) before a roll in the hay with the girlfriend. She knows about it, and always tells me I don’t need it, but at the same time tells me it looks and feels bigger. I guess it’s more for me than her.

Anyway, this site is full of great info and great questions, all of which I hope to use to figure out a good routine for myself.
