Getting it bigger after a break of about 10 years

I did PE for a couple of years and got some nice gains back then. Did jelqing and stretching. Then I stopped for almost 10 years, and it seemed to be like I lost at least some of my gains. It’s been many years since I measured last time. Today I measured and found out I actually did shrink quite a bit. My BPEL is now 16 cm (6,3”), one week after resuming PE, while it used to be something like 18,5 cm (7,3”) when I stopped PE years ago. After one week it’s visually hanging lower in its flaccid state, hard to say if there have been any erect gains yet, probably not much. But I really really want to gain back what I lost, and maybe more. :D I want to be able to think I’m well hung again without having to fear someone says I’m not. :D That actually happened recently, and that’s what made me come back.

Welcome back to the world of PE! What was your routine those years ago? And what is your current routine now? For me doing to the newbie routine for about 2 weeks, flaccid gains came quick not much in the erect gains yet. But it looks promising !

Thanks. :) I don’t remember my exact routine back then, but it was a combination of: Standard Flaccid Manual Stretch, Wet Jelqing, Jelq Squeeze, Horse440, Plumped Bend, as they are described here: A Quickstart Guide to Manual Exercises Never did any hanging or pumping, or used any devices. Also didn’t warm wrap much, and did less stretching than what is common to do. Also did Kegels.

Now I’m doing pretty much what the Newbie Routine here says. Hot wrap with a towel soaked in hot water for a few minutes, Flaccid Manual Stretch down, up, right, left - each direction 30-40 sec, doing it three times, then Wet Jelqing for about 15 min. Usually don’t do the hot wrap afterwards, though. 50 Kegels.

Oka cool. Sounds good! I do all my PE in the shower as I live with roommates. Standard manual stretch allowing hot water to run over my unit. Move into wet jelqs (palm down ok grip). Between sets I do slow squash jelq and double hand Squeezes. Warm down is hot water rinse. After a few months of this I may move into using extenders, but for now the newbie routine is great!

Sounds like it should work the way you are doing. Must check what squash jelq and double hand squeezes are. It’s possible I used to do them, just don’t remember what they were called any more.

When I started PE for the first time I was in my early twenties and living with my parents. I usually waited until everyone was supposed to be in their rooms sleeping or about to go to sleep until I started. Did it in my room in front of a big mirror. And was scared and listening to possible sounds of approaching steps coming towards my room. :D Was also afraid someone might see something through the window.

Good story! Sounds like what I did when I was living at home too! I too have a watchful eye and supersonic hearing if I try any after my roommates are sleep ;)

Slow squash jelqs are similar to horse 440s except you slide the top hand behind the glans toward your base grip hand. Double hand Squeeze is ok grip base then reverse ok grip second hand in front then wrap/squeeze middle finger then ring finger then pink finger all the way up toward the head then hold.

I know that exercise (double hand squeeze). :) Used to do it, just didn’t remember what it was called. Haven’t done it yet though; but I’ll probably include it as well. It was supposed to increase girth, right? I’m an easy length gainer, while girth is more difficult.

I also remember an exercise, in which you bend your shaft to all directions, while almost fully erect. Not too much of course because you don’t want to break it. :D I think it was supposed to help with girth too.
