Getting length first?

So the best way to get length first is to just stretch?

That makes sense on the base, about the mid-shaft here are my thoughts:

If I’m a penis, and my owner was trying to make me longer, I would mold my existing tissue to make it longer, removing that tissue for length and making it girth, think of it as making a 6x6x6 cube into a 3x3x24. But if you say from experience, although it makes no sense with the thoughts of adaptation, then so be it!
