Girth Help Not seeing any progress at all. No expansion during sessions either.
TL;DR: Did JP90, saw little progress.
Not observing any temporary nor permanent expansion doing 10 x 10 horse440, 3 days a week, with high enough intensity for tiny pin-sized dots to appear everywhere.
Am I simply not conditioned enough to apply enough pressure to achieve an expansion and should keep at it until I get conditioned enough to handle higher intensity and then observe expansion?
Or is there something else I’m missing?
I’d like to make at least half an inch of gains in girth within the next 7 months. Any guidance is extremely appreciated.
I did JP90 for 90 days starting from Jan 1st, 2021.
I started with ~13.25cm BPEL and ~11.15cm MEG.
By Feb20 I reached 14x11.6.
By March10 I was still at 14x11.6.
I switched to a higher erection level for the jelqs from 60-70% to 80-85%. Nothing changed.
Starting on April I jumped on a 10x10 horse440 routine three days a week, which is almost every other day.
Every session I kept going until I saw pin size red dots everywhere. I’d grip tight enough to feel the blood being trapped and when I let go it would let the blood rush out of the penis, but not as tight as humanly possible.
I’ve had three separate instances in which I pushed too much and got a 2-3 mm wide dark reddish bluish dot on my shaft, each time assessing what I did wrong, whether it was holding for too long or doing too many repetitions or gripping too tightly, before taking a break of 5-7 days until the spot disappeared, and getting back at it with a calibrated approach. I’ve had 2 weeks of consistent sessions before having to break, and a few more of 1 week consistent sessions before having to take a break. These breaks were due to the ~2mm wide dots.
Each session though, I notice no expansion to my MEG at all. Is this a symptom of me not doing the exercise appropriately?
There was only one instance over a month ago when I measured right out of bed and the MEG was 11.9cm. I haven’t measured right out of bed since then, and every measurement during the rest of the day keeps showing 11.6mm. No progress.
1. Should I switch the training frequency up?
2. Should I keep going until I get more conditioned, gradually increasing pressure / repetitions / duration of the squeezes while maintaining good EQ, until I’m conditioned enough to apply enough pressure / repetitions / duration to start to see gains one day?
3. Is the fact that I observe no expansion in my penis during or immediately after the session a sign that something is wrong? What could it be?
I really need to get my MEG to at least 12.7cm I.e. 5”, from my current 11.6cm I.e. 4.56”, within the next 7 months.
Where I live, I can’t easily manage pumps or clamp devices. Manual clamping is a possibility I’m absolutely willing to do if it’s advised.
I’ve seen posts of people who’ve jelqed for only 3 months switch to horse440s and making anywhere from half an inch to an entire inch within 4-5 months. That raised my hope a lot and now I’m feeling lost.
I’d really, really, really appreciate any help.
