TL;DR: Did JP90, saw little progress.
Not observing any temporary nor permanent expansion doing 10 x 10 horse440, 3 days a week, with high enough intensity for tiny pin-sized dots to appear everywhere.
Am I simply not conditioned enough to apply enough pressure to achieve an expansion and should keep at it until I get conditioned enough to handle higher intensity and then observe expansion?
Or is there something else I’m missing?
I’d like to make at least half an inch of gains in girth within the next 7 months. Any guidance is extremely appreciated.

I did JP90 for 90 days starting from Jan 1st, 2021.
I started with ~13.25cm BPEL and ~11.15cm MEG.

By Feb20 I reached 14x11.6.
By March10 I was still at 14x11.6.
I switched to a higher erection level for the jelqs from 60-70% to 80-85%. Nothing changed.

Starting on April I jumped on a 10x10 horse440 routine three days a week, which is almost every other day.
Every session I kept going until I saw pin size red dots everywhere. I’d grip tight enough to feel the blood being trapped and when I let go it would let the blood rush out of the penis, but not as tight as humanly possible.

I’ve had three separate instances in which I pushed too much and got a 2-3 mm wide dark reddish bluish dot on my shaft, each time assessing what I did wrong, whether it was holding for too long or doing too many repetitions or gripping too tightly, before taking a break of 5-7 days until the spot disappeared, and getting back at it with a calibrated approach. I’ve had 2 weeks of consistent sessions before having to break, and a few more of 1 week consistent sessions before having to take a break. These breaks were due to the ~2mm wide dots.

Each session though, I notice no expansion to my MEG at all. Is this a symptom of me not doing the exercise appropriately?

There was only one instance over a month ago when I measured right out of bed and the MEG was 11.9cm. I haven’t measured right out of bed since then, and every measurement during the rest of the day keeps showing 11.6mm. No progress.

1. Should I switch the training frequency up?
2. Should I keep going until I get more conditioned, gradually increasing pressure / repetitions / duration of the squeezes while maintaining good EQ, until I’m conditioned enough to apply enough pressure / repetitions / duration to start to see gains one day?
3. Is the fact that I observe no expansion in my penis during or immediately after the session a sign that something is wrong? What could it be?

I really need to get my MEG to at least 12.7cm I.e. 5”, from my current 11.6cm I.e. 4.56”, within the next 7 months.
Where I live, I can’t easily manage pumps or clamp devices. Manual clamping is a possibility I’m absolutely willing to do if it’s advised.
I’ve seen posts of people who’ve jelqed for only 3 months switch to horse440s and making anywhere from half an inch to an entire inch within 4-5 months. That raised my hope a lot and now I’m feeling lost.
I’d really, really, really appreciate any help.

What’s your actual routine? Including heat, jelqing and stretching components? Careful Horse440s are a great addition to a routine but they aren’t a routine.

After JP90 ended, what I switched to was the same stretching routine as the one in JP90, followed by 10 x 10 Horse440’s, every other day, 3 days a week. There was once a day on which I’d go to almost 25 squeezes of 10 seconds before seeing enough red dots to call it a day. On 2nd day after that, I used higher pressure than last time, and got a couple mm wide dark red spot at maybe 3rd or 4th rep. Stopped, rested for a week. I learnt the difference that pressure makes that day.

I never did any jelqs after JP90 since it never seemed to work for me after halfway through the 3 months of the program.

Yesterday, I read up on the forums regarding the importance of heat. I began the day by applying a heating pad for 10 minutes. I noticed it made my penis a lot softer. Learnt my lesson. Always using heat from now on.
Immediately afterwards, I manually stretched for 30 seconds and rested for 30, repeated 5 times. I did lubricated 20 v-jelqs, a 10sec horse440, and repeat for 5 times, after which I manually clamped for 2 mins. Heat 10 mins. I only got maybe two or three pin sized dots this time compared to a lot more before.

In the evening, heat 10 mins, stretches like in the morning, 20 v-jelqs, and clamped for 2 mins, rested 2 mins, did a couple of horse 440s, then clamped again for 3 mins. Heat 10-15 mins.

I realise what I did yesterday was shooting in the dark trying my best to see what I can manage to do.
I woke up twice at night with boners so EQ should be good.

Woke up this morning, 10 minutes of heat, stretches like before, 20-30 v-jelqs, 2 horse440, and manually clamped for 4 minutes, heat 10-15 mins.
It’s past noon and almost evening where I live and I haven’t gotten to my second session yet.

Throughout all these sessions I didn’t visibly notice any expansion at all. And unlike before when I had been doing exclusively horse440s, this time I didn’t notice more than maybe 3 or 4 pin red sized dots.

I don’t know the JP90 routine. So none of that helps me.

Once you’ve settled on a routine and followed it for a while, maybe it’ll work out. Try mixing your horses in with jelqing, they are complimentary. It’s always worth stretching to provide different forces and maybe you need to think about your stretching routine a bit more.

If you are doing things correctly there should be a measurable increase in EG during. If you aren’t kegelling in more blood as you tourniquet for the horse, try that. The starting position for a horse should be fully engorged so that the blood in the penis is taking up all the space possible but with a soft penis (i.e. not a hard erection).

This is the JP90 routine.
I always kegel in as much blood as I can to engorge it as big as I can before I tourniquet, both with horses and with clamping.
But I’ve done that always over 90% erection.

I’ll try horses with a lower erection level next time.

How long do you think I have to manually clamp for in minutes in order to notice a difference in MEG during the session?
I shall try that this evening.

Also, after I begin my clamp at max erection after kegeling to fully engorge, after a while the erection starts to go away. Should I let it drop a bit and keep tightening my grip until it drops too low and I stimulate the head to engorge it more while clamped?
Or do I never let it drop by stimulating whenever it starts to drop?

I’m going to work my way up to 10 minute manual clamp sessions gradually.

Also I believe the fact that I am not seeing any expansion during the session means something is wrong.

How likely is it for there to be structural reasons that make my penis impossible to expand?

I’ll try horse440’ing at a lower erection level with full engorgement with a kegel, beside clamping for longer a duration to see if I notice expansion. I’ll adjust depending on your response to the above posts.

I’m not sure you are understanding what I mean about an erection. An erection is not just engorgement it’s a realignment of tissue in the wall of the penis under the skin. That in itself is hard. To do a horse you need to be fully engorged but not erect.

Try jelqing first and then go into a horse directly from that. Kegel in blood several times.

Basically, the JP90 routine is basic warmth, stretching, followed by a total of 300 wet jelqs and 180 wet v-jelqs, each jelq being counted as one stroke by one of your hands. 5 days on, 1 day off.

By erection level I meant hardening of the penis. I understand that the penis is fully engorged when you do a kegel at 100% erection, and that you can also get fully engorged by doing a kegel at 70% erection for example.

I’ll try the things I mentioned and also what you mentioned and will report back.
