By the way.. If people on here are interested in great recipes.. I will be more than happy to share some of my go-to meals.. I focus on simple recipes I can make quickly..

My salsa takes less than 5 minutes..
I perfected Quinoa in the microwave.. 10 minutes.
Burritos less than 30 minutes.
Chicken avocado salad 15 minutes.

You can eat like a king.. Be healthy and not spend your life prepping food. It is also noteworthy that wild rice, quinoa, beans are all dirt cheap.. So you can cook these amazing healthy superfoods and not spend a fortune. Chicken, steak and fish are the most expensive things in my diet.. And it is not even close.

This gives me an idea..

Should we have a diet and nutrition section to the site? I think it is just as if not more important than all of the routines and exercises people do on here. Just my opinion.

Absolutely. Overall health is vital to ease of gains, and whether you can even gain at all I believe. If you’re a fast gainer, it likely means your body can heal and create new tissue rapidly. Since I started pumping almost 3 weeks ago, I’ve seen improvements in girth and length (glans becoming bigger) week over week.

This is in direct opposite to my first foray into PEing 10+ years ago when gains were really hard to get.

I think the main reason why I am gaining much faster now compared to back then is due to my superior overall health and quitting smoking, plus being a lot more knowledgeable about PEing in general.

That is a great response..

The older we get and the more we pay attention the more we bring to the table when it comes to change. Exercise.. Diet.. Regimen.. Quitting smoking.. You are not just doing one thing to improve.. You are doing multiple things.. It is only natural the more great changes you make to your life the more gains you will see.

BTW, while we’re on this topic, I saw that you were taking saw palmetto on the previous page. From my experience, saw palmetto is not good for men, and might even negatively affect your ability to gain from PE.

I took saw palmetto years ago, but one thing I remember is that it crashed my libido. I later found out that it’s because it lowers our ability to convert testosterone to DHT, which as I’m sure you know is the most potent androgenic hormone in a man’s body. Low DHT is not good so be careful with that saw palmetto!
