I perfected Quinoa in the microwave.. 10 minutes.
Burritos less than 30 minutes.
Chicken avocado salad 15 minutes.
You can eat like a king.. Be healthy and not spend your life prepping food. It is also noteworthy that wild rice, quinoa, beans are all dirt cheap.. So you can cook these amazing healthy superfoods and not spend a fortune. Chicken, steak and fish are the most expensive things in my diet.. And it is not even close.
