Girth under head

Hey Thunderers, I’m curious as to how I can gain girth right under my head. My stats are pathetic.

BPEL 6.1
NBPEL 5.5
EG midshaft 4.3 (sad)
EG right under head 3.9 (pathetic)
Flaccid length (I can never get an accurate measurement) but it’s around 3-3.5 inches

I try to pump Monday through Friday. I air pump to the point where I get the “donut”. Whenever I get the donut under my head, I measure at almost 5! I wish I could be 5 inches around without the donut. But any tips on gaining girth under my head so I can even it out with my midshaft?

Don’t be harsh on yourself like that. Your stats are neither sad nor pathetic.

Under the glans is the narrowest point for me. I think there’s a tighter band of tunica or something there which makes it a bit like a bottleneck. I think thickness there would come more quickly from the CS than the CCs. Either way, it will come with time. Be kind and don’t over do it.

I would love to see 5 to 5.5 girth. I’m only 4.5 to 4.6 EG with 6.4 BPEL. If you have any tips for quick girth and length workouts I’m all for it.

I would concur with the tight band. After many years of PE I am starting to understand this is the area that really needs to be hit hard. The band needs to be massaged, relaxed and gently stretched, the stretching is not an easy thing to do. I have recently been doing a horrible exercise (remember I am totally conditioned,) where I fill up the outer third of the shaft at 80-90% max, squeeze and lock, then with the other hand I circle the “band,” and then pull back firmly towards the body. It is not pleasant, but so far it seems to have been giving dramatic results. Rest days/easy maintenance are very important with this one.
I do wonder if this is the area of the penis that actually grows at puberty, and not the base area(?)

Hi Guster.

No, it’s not in my comfort zone to do so. But basically, when full, but not solid, grab your shaft close-ish to the base “push” the blood to the glans so it is full. Push forward with that hand with the thumb on top, and steady your member with the other hand while doing so, so as it does not become a forced stretch.
Now with the other hand, again thumb on top, make a ring just below the glans and then lock and slowly but firmly move the locked ring back towards your body. While doing this, keep a vice grip with the first hand, maybe even force the two hands together. Hold for as long as you feel you can. This really stretches the tissue at the end of the cavernosa and packs it full. it is not pleasant. You will not be doing reps. Once every two to three days is more than enough.

Try it and let us know how you get on.

Thank you for the explanation. I do something very similar. As I am clamped, I make an upside down OK grip as close to the base of my shaft and vice squeeze starting with my finger then continue to squeeze with each finger going up the shaft. Once I have a tight grip with my entire hand, i hold the squeeze for a second at a time. I release the squeeze and continue to edge and clamp.

I’m in a similar boat to you. My base girth is somewhere around 5.6in but right before the glands it tapers down to about 3.75in. The taper used to be worse. I am really really fighting hard to correct it. You and I are trying to deliberately get the “baseball bat effect” which is what most other people try to avoid. Thus far I have been doing a combination of Horse 440s and ULIs at one-third of dick closest to the glans. I also use a table, countertop or wall to hand clamp off that one-third and press it hard into that object. I don’t know how else to correct it except perhaps by implementing a sleeve to slide over the base two-thirds while using a pump.
