Give me some good advice,, please
I am a new comer, and need some advice. I need to know whether it is my ligaments or tunica that I have to stretch. Is there a surefire way of determining what to stretch to get best results?
Then could you tell me the best stretch technique for ligaments and the best stretch technique for tunica?
If you could advise how I could put this together into a programme I would be so grateful
