Giving PE another try
Hey guys,
Lately I got into PE again because I’m just not fully satisfied with my size. I’m also single since about 1 month so I have plenty of time. I did the newbie routine 4 years ago for 4 months and had little to no results (I think I didn’t measure correctly and there were no changes)
I just did the manual stretches and jelqing.
My measurements are:
BPEL 16,9cm
NBPEL 15,1cm
EG BASE 13,0cm
EG MID 13,0cm
EG TOP 12,2cm
I’m doing stretches, jelqing and pumping now for 1 month again. Since last week I also built in some clamps. I think I can handle it all since I‘m not new to it all. I was also pumping from time to time in the last 2 years. I’m also thinking about starting to hang or buying a stretcher/extender but I don’t know whats best for me. Also maybe a better pump since mine is a bit big and an infrared lamp? I’m willing to spend money if it will help making gains faster.
My goals are indeed not that enormous.
Goals:
NBPEL: 16,5-17cm
I don’t really care about BPEL
EG: 14-14,5cm
So my question is actually what would be the best routine for me? I think the goals are makeable in about one year or one and a half? I read that it’s smarter to focus on length first and then girth, but since I don’t have extreme goals I could maybe focus on both simultaneously. What do you guys think?
