Start a log - a small notebook or a text file - and keep track of what you do and how long you spend at it.
Read the “how to measure” sticky and practice until you get repeatable meaurements. You don’t need to measure more than every month or so, but without accurate measurements you don’t know if you’ve actually accomplished anything.
Thunder’s has been around for twenty years now. Almost anything you can think of has been discussed to death long ago. It’s worth stepping back through the threads as you have time, to see what has gone on before. Follow up on the “Similar Threads” box at the bottom of the first message in each topic if you see anything useful. Thunder’s search function is also reasonably useful.
