When im keeping the ligs soft i use a heating pad for 15 - 20 mins then i apply vitamin E and castor then DMSO. I only use the DMSO for that.
My oil routine
Mon AM, Vitamin E before shower and then again after shower massage and firegoat for 3 mins.
Monday PM- pine pollen oil, then before bed i massage castor oil again 3 min massage and firegoat roll.
Tuesday AM - same as monday
Tuesday PM- black seed oil and pine pollen.
Wednesday AM same as above.
Wednesday pm- castor and pine
Thursday AM same.
Thursday PM- pine and black seed and vitamin E.
Friday and Saturday are DMSO, vitamin E and castor in the AM and PM i also used black seed and pollen at night. All of the PM routine is of course heat first oil second.
