Good Idea

I have read that some of you PE at work. Whether it is stretching, Jelging or what have you. I wanted to start doing it at work also, but could not find a good way to warm up until the other night. I put some wet rags in a ziplock bag and microwave them for about 30-40 secs. It gets the old tool warmed up in a jiffy. Just an idea that I thought was pretty good.

I don’t think heating up ziploc bags is a good idea beacause they are made of plastic. Unless someone has invented microwave safe ziploc bags, I don’t know.
