Ok, this is *only* week #2. And, I’ve been being a very good boy and watching what I eat, saying my prayers, and - stretching my dick! Yeehaa!
I have the newbie routine down to a science now. It’s not *nearly* as bad as I thought it would be. I mean, I still realize, realistically, that this is going to take time. But, I remain optimistic. I have a full fledged 30 minute workout for the dick! And man, it’s killer!
Basically, I follow the newbie routine Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - with some of my own touches thrown in (not literally :-p ):
5 minute hot shower with H2O constantly pouring on my pecker + groin. This is the easy part.
5-10 30 second tao stretches… I call them, ‘tao’ because I use the LOT theory combined with simply the way it feels - ‘the way’ - the path of least resistance… hence, I give my dick a nice firm stretch in the way it naturally points!
20 minutes of 3 second wet Jelqs - I bought this nice stopwatch to time each one. Good firm ‘O’ from the base, to just before the glans. I start gentle, then rough it up in the middle of the routine, and then go back to gentle for the last 2-3 minutes. Wow! I mean, it gets a little sore after, but not painful! So, I’m sticking to this - it just feels right! I feel like I’ve done Jelqing right when my dick feels heavier and meatier the next day. Good stuff.
20-50 5 second Kegel stretches. Damn, bless your heart whoever made this into a science. I mean, I’ve known what they are for some time - but *damn* if these don’t make your dick stand straight up at attention!
5 minutes, back in the shower. Here’s the trick - I bought a fog-less shower mirror. I sit on the floor of the shower, with the water rushing over my groin - pull the shower mirror down to my level, shave and brush teeth… 5 minutes goes by in no time. :-)
So, there you have it.
Oh, something else I’d like to stress to those straining the vein - make sure you *breathe*! I noticed, too often, when doing the Kegels especially… they almost force you to hold your breath after you’ve done like 30 of them. Breathe! In through the nose, out through the mouth. Good aerobics! Good for the lungs and heart! Stamina!
I will not stop, until my goal is reached! I want that big 1 inch by Xmas! I WANT A BANANA! My all time goal, is at least 7.75 inches! I can’t wait!
