Hello to all at Thunders!

I began reading the information on this forum a few weeks ago, I jumped straight in and began the newbie routine for three days, only to break my hand and end up with a plaster cast (which is not PE friendly!) In the 4 days I was on this routine I gained a nice amount of flaccid length (I haven’t actually measured), but nothing I can see errect. But this has given me the confidence to continue.

Breaking my hand was a good thing in that it allowed me to further research PE at Thunders and make sure that I’m sure (If that makes sense.) This is purely a confidence thing, I have never been happy with my dick, although my long term girlfriend of 2 1/2 years never complained. But we broke up and now I need a confidence boost to help me get with some other girls.

So heres my planned routine, any advice or opinions offered would be appreciated:

10 Mins: Warm up - Hot wrap / shower
15 mins: MrOrange’s technique (Does that have a name yet?)
- My Girlfriend said those lovely words…
15 Mins: Jelqing
5 Mins Warm down - Gentle massaging / Hot wrap

I see conflicting opinions from members about the suitability of the flaccid bends for a newbie.. Should I begin with the standard newbie routine before I put my own slant on it? I’m starting to think “yes” but input from someone with experience would be great.

One handed exercises only for a few weeks!:) Never mind, stretching and dry jelqing should still manageable.

I’m sure you’ve still got loads of good information still to find here. If you really get stuck the other members are really got at rallying round with help.

I think you’ve just answered your own question. Go with the tried and tested first ie the newbie routine.

Hey ScottAid and Welcome. Please tell me you didn’t break your hand whilst PEing. That was one serious routine…lol. Anyway, all joking aside. I would hold off on the orange bends for a month or so until you get comfortable dealing with things down there. You really want to know your dick before you go contorting it too much. Hope the hand heals quickly. You have come to the right place. Loads of people to help and loads of info to read.
