Grip for Manual Stretching

Grip for Manual Stretching

For manual stretches, is it OK to grip the glans with the palm of your hand facing down or should I grip a little bit above the glans?

Can you actually grab your glans within the palm of your hand? It’s literally a slippery slope, so I suspect you may mean you grab your shaft just above (if your penis is pointing down) the corona, or ridge, of the glans. It’s fine to grab there, or futher up the shaft. You need to find that combination that gives you the best grip while still being relatively comfortable. Remember that the further "up" the shaft you grab the less shaft you’re stretching. But you’ll find that you’ll want to vary the position of your grip. Grabbing more towards the glans will stretch more of the the tunica. Grabbing towards the base will target the ligs.

Oh, and hey, welcome to Thunders.

The grip that I’m asking about has the lower part of the palm on the glans.

It’s okay to have your glans included in your grip. I think the grip you’re talking about is a closed OK grip, with thumb and index finger wrapped tightly around the shaft and your palm closed around the glans. The strongest part of that grip is where the thumb and index finger forms an O around your shaft. The palm is closed around the glans so that you get more contact with cock, and consequently get a stronger grip.

If it hurts your glans, just adjust your grip so that you’re squeezing it less.
