I do one-handed jelq and with the other hand i put two fingers at the base of the penis and push backwards to the pubis , is this dangerous or can be done ?

You should be fine here. There are several ways to skin this cat, variations. I tend to alternate hands leaving the travel hand at the top while the next hand begins its journey. I will progressively release pressure on the top hand as the bottom hand moves further up the shaft. This is to control pressures and to ensure I am being safe.

Basically listen to your penis and always monitor pressures as to not injure yourself. I personally take a more conservative approach to stay injury free. Knock on wood:-)

Also, watch downward pressures directly on the top side of penis, this is the dorsal nerve running from top base to the gland. You can avoid possible aggravation or injury to this nerve by focusing pressures to the left and right of the nerve, not directly on it. A lateral clamp grip to the sides is a good way to avoid overly compressing the nerve while still accomplishing the jelq.

Another thing , does red spots on glans appears in newbies or can still appear even if you have years of jelq , rite now im comin back from a thrombosed vein and i want to be sure it wont happen again , i think my penis is already acclimated because of my injury or i am wrong , i think its normal to be afraid to start again after an injury. Since you’re returning back from an injury, start slow - with the newbie routine, maybe - and keep an eye on your PIs. It is unlikely those red spots appear unless you overdo something. Start slow, keep your PIs in the positive, and build up your routine slowly - you should be good.

Im switchin to hanging with a homemade hanging tool that i made with a shoelace , i want to know if i can hanging by the base of the penis since i read on the internet that we have more penis inside , im currenty hanging 0.4 lbs 3 hours a day with sessions of 20mins and 10 mins break , is this too much for a starter ?
