Grips: Which do you use and why

Grips: Which do you use and why

I use the “ok” grip, but with inch and index that “look” sideways. What about “C” grip? The one with two hands. This for me would be the most convenient and practical, but i don’t use it because
1) I do not know if the ‘Effectiveness is, Less,or equal compared to the “ok” I currently use
2) i don t understand if index and inch fingers should slide on the urethra or to the sides of this one.

Some Opinion, feedback etc. :-) Which grip do you use?

I do it like this

Why?
Because with normal underhand grip, you can not get as deep to the base because of the other fingers/palm and you can not press your fat pad back, which gives you access to more shaft.
Therefore, you will not develop a baseball bat shape!
But do not take my word for it, I have never gained girth :^)

It’s been said by various members that the positive effect of C Grip is targeting the muscles where it matters: the CC. Pushing blood is supposedly more productive through there than the CS (urethra), and presumably minimises risk of injury.

I use the basic OK grip for the most part. I try to use the C grip but that involves an overhand approach, which gets annoying after a few strokes imo.
Instead, I squeeze the sides by stretching my fingers out (palm facing the floor) and tucking thumb under hand. Using the sides of the index fingers, I just squeeze the CC and slowly move up. Because the only grip is vaguely from the index fingers, it can slip from the penis if it’s well lubed and too flaccid. I found it works better with a higher erection % and semi-dry/wet.

Another approach is like the above but instead squeezing with the webbed parts between thumb and index. The benefit is it can prevent slipping but, I believe, can twist the penis midway through the stroke because of how the hands overlap. Practice a bit on where the other hand is positioned to offset the twisting.

I use ok grip for jelqing, overhand for stretching

I use both the ok and c. I also tend to vary between using one and two hands. Clamping off just behind the gland with one hand as the other hand moves towards it. I am sensitive to pressure and always careful when using two hands. As I move up I progressively ease up on my grip behind the gland.

I’m currently trying to increase my jelqing ratio.

Thx for the answers guys. I forgot to say i always do the dry jelqs. With the basic ok grip (palm watching side) i see more “pump”.. With the c less… Maybe i should do some practice

That’s going to be the case with the OK grip, because the urethra carries the bulk of the blood up. I need to find the topic again concerning this, but one member brought up that a lot of PE practitioners (at least starting off) don’t know what to actually feel for positive feedback — plumpness isn’t one of them, apparently.

I do trust that targeting CC is more productive, it’s just harder to know something is happening. It feels like the muscles are being massaged more than blood actually being pumped up.

So can i go with c grip? I feel it more comfortable
