Guy in the Jelqing Video?

It seems like the guy in the jelqing video is circumsized. However when he jelqs, his foreskin, goes all the way over the head and stays there. Is that from jelquing for many years, or is that from being cut ‘loose’? When I am that hard, my skin doesn’t go anywhere near as high as his, and then it goes back down by itself. Will I get that loose if I dry jelq?

I think I must be one of those ‘cut loose’. My skin goes right back when hard. In fact, I didn’t realise guys could get hard and still have the foreskin over the head of the dick until I saw porn.
