Yeah guys! I’ve been doing this for about a month now. And I have Gained.. I don’t have a pic of my penis. But.. I have a pic of my workout log. Sorry if pic is kinda bad. I had to re size and that’s the best I could get. I can’t believe it. I’m almost there. :)

I couldn’t figure out how. I just said screw it, and just saved it as a .jpg file.

I know exactly how you feel. I constantly always saw people gaining, and It always pumped me up. Now I can brag about my gains ha ha!

MidnightSun, and Daysdrag Actually I think the days off helped a little. After doing the routine for a couple weeks. With 2 days on and one day off, my unit was getting better EQ. But, it felt like something was missing, like a hidden never before seen boon-er. I ended up taking those days off just because I didn’t have time to Perform PE. But I tell ya, on Feb-5. My girlfriend came over, I could of swore my penis was 7.5 and like 5.5 girth. It “felt and looked” Huge!! Even my girlfriend was like holly shit, it’s freaking big! I think a 3-4 day break after a few weeks of 2on 1 off routine will do the penis good. At least for me. It seemed to give it an extra long healing time frame, which in return, gave me the biggest hard on I’d had ever had. (Plus I lasted for ever!) I usually just get dome and bust 5-10-15 min later. Well I got dome for like 20 min the made her squirt like 10 times, then got dome again for another 20 min before going. It was awesome!!

But all in all. I’m gaining and it’s benefiting me and my girl. Which makes me even more happy.

Thats freaking amazing, glad to hear you have a routine that is working for you! Thanks for showing me I can use excel for logs I have been using notepad and it gets really ugly unorganized lol.

Ha ha. Yeah Marinera asked why I didn’t post the entire excel sheet. So I’m guessing I can post it somehow to show my full Schedule. But I just tried saving the file again. Excel is a .xls file. And To these forums. It’s an invalid file. But yeah excel is a great way to keep organized.

You can zip up the file and then post it like I did with my spreadsheet file a while ago:

Hey Jawbone! Thanks a lot for that info. And I totally forgot to update my signature. Ha ha, thanks for that too! I tried your suggestions. Hopefully it worked.
