As of right now I am measuring 7.1” length 6.25” at the base of the shaft and 6” mid shaft, so in other words my gains were and still are real. PE works as long as your dedicated and put the time in. My original goal was 7”x6” but now that I’ve gotten there I figure I’ll look to hanging and go for the 8”x6” lol.
Hey. Congrats on your gains and thanks for your update. Could you elaborate on the details of your routine?
* Do you warm up? If so, how and for how long?
* If you jelq — for how long do you jelq, at what erection level, for how many seconds do you perform each jelq, and how hard do you “squeeze”?
* If you stretch — in what directions do you stretch, how many sets, how long for each stretch, how hard do you pull, do you increase the pull gradually throughout the stretch?
* What schedule do you follow? A daily regimen, every other day? etc..
* Have you gradually increased the intensity of your routine over time?
* Do you think there are any other factors that may have contributed to your good gains except for the good old consistency factor of course. For example, have you been in calorie surplus due to working out? Do you think your diet may have contributed? etc.
I would really appreciate if you answered these questions as I really believe the devil’s in the details when it comes to PE:
Started 07.06.2008 with: 6.5 bpel, 6.1 nbpel, 5.1 eg.
Around 08.19.2008: 6.7 bpel, 6.3 nbpel, 5.1 eg
My goal: 7.5 bpel, 7 nbpel, 5.5 eg
