Hi everyone, I just wanted to give a little update with my deconditioning break along with some things I’ve noticed. I haven’t done any PE in almost 3 months. My measurements have stayed the same or even have gotten a little better! I am 7.7 BPEL and my girth gains have stayed since doing a few weeks of ULI’s in a hot shower.
As for gains, I believe that it is best to gain when your tissues are less conditioned. By this, I mean whatever you do with your penis, will cause a reaction from the tissues. If the tissues are not ready to be stretched, I don’t think you should even edge. Wait for the tissues to heal, stretch your penis in length or girth, then leave your penis alone. If you leave your penis alone, when you are not doing PE, the tissues will heal faster, you will grow faster, and you will waste less time.

Those are my two cents. I know the penis will be able to sustain more after some time, but there comes a point where you should just stop for a while, let them heal, and pick up with the easy gains in a few weeks or however long you may need.

It’s not unusual to gain during a deconditioning break. It’s a nice bonus, right?

I’ve noticed this myself. Every once in a while I have to pause for a week or two of work away from home. I hate the break, but I grow during that period. Man, it’s hard to take a rest break when your penis is growing strong.

It definitely is a nice bonus. Almost like I don’t deserve it lol. In the past, I’ve always shrunk during decon breaks, so I am blessed!

9 Months, No PE. Only Lost .2 Inch In Length

I’m just going to update using this thread because I like me first post. Is reminds me of my theory and how I should go about my PE.

Taking 9 months off is way different than taking a couple weeks or even 2-3 months off. Slowly over time, I can feel my penis getting de-conditioned. If you do enough PE, you will notice a hardening in your tunica. Especially towards the top of your penis. Feeling my tunica soften with little size loss gives me hope that I will be able to see erect gains quickly once I start PE again. I’m going to wait 2-3 more weeks before I actually begin PE again. In these last weeks, I am not going to even touch my dick at all. Complete rest. Then, I am going to start with an extender only routine. No fapping, no edging, but maybe some Angion method. The only reason why I’m using the angion method is to keep blood flowing through my penis every 3 days without having to touch my tunica. That’s my plan as of now. I’ll see when it will be time to start jelqing again. I’m planning on doing at least 2 months of consistent extender only.

I have started PE a little more than 2 weeks ago.

"Started" is a big word here, since I only did 2 days, one off, and 2 more days. So 4 days of something I can’t even call a routine. Some stretches and some jelqing, about 10 minutes in each day (+10-15 mins warm-up and warm-down, in a hot shower). Mostly practicing stretching and figuring out jelqing, before deciding which routine to start.
After those 4 sessions I had to take a break (break from what?). Better said, delay my start, because my vacation was about to start. I’m still on vacation right now.
This morning I woke up really horny with a strong erection and I just had to measure.
I often have these strong erections and they were always about 14.2-14.3 cm (BP). This morning I had 14.7. I let it die and woke it up again in one hour and it was the same 14.7.
After the first 2 days of PE, my flaccid was not at all better, maybe even smaller than usual and I had some EQ problems. Had me worried. After the other 2 session, PI got better, EQ was coming back also, but still not to my "neutral" state.
Now, after a one week break, my EQ is as good as it could ever be (rock solid) and it looks like I have gained 0.4cm in length. Even if it is from the EQ, I don’t even care, 0.4cm is 0.4 cm.
Can’t wait for my vacation to be over (how funny to think like that) and go back home and start PE.

So yeah, +1 in considering that breaks and rest days carry at least the same weight with exercise days, in order to see gains.

Well, you can’t lose interest and give up if you don’t start in the first place!

"Starting" is the most important step. "Not stopping" is a close second. It’s easy to skip a few days, and then you realize it’s been a few weeks, and eventually it’s "yeah, I need to get back to that someday."

The thing is I’m on vacation for 2 weeks, traveling through Europe so I can’t be consistent these days. So I just delayed my start, but there’s no way I am going to quit after I start. It is a priority in life for me right now, to work my body and my lil friend and I am going to stick to it no matter what.
