Hi everyone, I just wanted to give a little update with my deconditioning break along with some things I’ve noticed. I haven’t done any PE in almost 3 months. My measurements have stayed the same or even have gotten a little better! I am 7.7 BPEL and my girth gains have stayed since doing a few weeks of ULI’s in a hot shower.
As for gains, I believe that it is best to gain when your tissues are less conditioned. By this, I mean whatever you do with your penis, will cause a reaction from the tissues. If the tissues are not ready to be stretched, I don’t think you should even edge. Wait for the tissues to heal, stretch your penis in length or girth, then leave your penis alone. If you leave your penis alone, when you are not doing PE, the tissues will heal faster, you will grow faster, and you will waste less time.
Those are my two cents. I know the penis will be able to sustain more after some time, but there comes a point where you should just stop for a while, let them heal, and pick up with the easy gains in a few weeks or however long you may need.
