Hanging,Extender,Or Both

Hey guys,I’m a newbie and I wanted to know which would be better,an extender(X4labs,Penimaster,ECT.)Hanging With a Bib Hanger Or both?

Oh, one more Question,is it safe to sleep with an extender on?

I’d advise not to wear the extender at when you sleep. I’ve tried to have a nap with it on before, I rolled over and it snapped off taking my pubes with it.

No problem. Just have a trim if you do get one. Sometimes your pubes catch when de-tract your device.
