Hanging SO and SU

Morning Friends,

I have started hanging SO and SU (pulley under desk and pulley in ceiling) for about 2 weeks now. I was hanging BTC and SD for about 8 months without much gain but did it to stretch ligs. Anyone hanging SO and SU with LG Hanger and are you having success?

Current hanging (2) 30 minute sessions in the morning and in the evening at 17.5 lbs.

I have done SD and BTC for 6 months and seen great results. I just started SO for almost 2 months so I can’t confirm how effective it is yet. But according to experienced PE’rs, you want to hit every angle as possible as long as possible before moving up weights.

Months 1-4: I used 2.5 lbs - gained 0.8 inches
Months 5-6: I am at 5lbs - gained 0.2-0.3 inches
…and will stick it with it for awhile until I 100% sure I have plateaued

Absolutely. I started out SD only then a few weeks later I did BTC. In 4 months hanging SD and BTC i gained 0.7-0.8 inches using 2.5 lbs (still amazes me)
I used 2.5lbs until I was 100% sure that I plateaued then slowly moved up to 5lbs. So currently I am doing SD, BTC, and SO with 5 lbs.

I will say , not everyone is the same. But you’ve got nothing to lose but only to gain
