Haning on different times a day
I’m a beginner with the hanging. Now I’m following a training scheme like this :
10 min warm up
20 min hanging
10 min rest (massage and little jelq)
20 min hanging
10 min rest (massage and little jelq)
20 min hanging
10 min rest (massage and little jelq)
20 min hanging
10 min rest (massage and little jelq)
Is this a good training scheme?
The problem for me here is the time I need to complete all the exercises.
The total time is 2h and 10 min.
For me that’s very much to do it directly in one time.
So my question is can you split it up to multiple session a day? Of course with warm up every time you begin.
What are suggestions from people who don’t have much time like me?
Also my girlfriend doesn’t like me doing those exercises etc.
So I need to do them before she comes home from work and after she goes a sleep . :(
