Hard Flaccid 7 Months What can I do

I believe its just the fact that you over stretch during PE, but I have never heard of a case of blood coming out, you may done something more but I am not an expert on this you should consult with a doctor or pelvic floor specialist.

It hasn’t happened since and I did do a search and there was a large thread talking about it. People were confused where the hell it was coming from lol. One thing I noticed is I ate those flaming hot cheetos before it happened. I don’t know but I’m laying off the cheetos.

Yea I have heard stories of people having internal bleeding cause of eating those hot Cheetos so I would lay off of those.

I have experienced hard flaccid after about 6 months of PE. The following activities made it go away in about 2 weeks:

1. Stop PE
2. Begin doing 5to 10 sets of 20 reps reverse kegels per day (instead of contracting muscles like in PE, push like you are trying to poop, hold for a few seconds then relax)
3. Massaging the area from anus to balls using lube and hands at least once a day
4. Using a vibrating back massager ON LOW once a day on the same area as step 3
5. Stop masturbation and sex
6. Every time you worry distract yourself with phone, games tv whatever

It was scary. I freaked out a lot. But it will get better.

I’ll give it a shot! I’ve been doing reverse kegels daily and I have been doing 10-15 mins of hindi squats. I believe I should start doing more massaging or even use the therawand.
I Have heard many people say stop masturbation and sex but I have done that for 3 months and had no results.
