Hard Stretch & Shorter Time vs Gentle Stretch & Longer Time
Just wondering if any of the more experienced can shed some light as to what is best.
Using the Quick Extender Pro - are you better off with a gentle stretch which is comfortable and wearing for 6-8 hours a day.
Or a hard slightly uncomfortable stretch which causes a little discomfort and wearing for 2-4 hours a day (talking in hour slots here taking a break in-between).
Which is best for gains? I have always been a firm believer of slow and steady wins the race but in this field I am a newbie!
