Hard Stretch & Shorter Time vs Gentle Stretch & Longer Time

Just wondering if any of the more experienced can shed some light as to what is best.

Using the Quick Extender Pro - are you better off with a gentle stretch which is comfortable and wearing for 6-8 hours a day.

Or a hard slightly uncomfortable stretch which causes a little discomfort and wearing for 2-4 hours a day (talking in hour slots here taking a break in-between).

Which is best for gains? I have always been a firm believer of slow and steady wins the race but in this field I am a newbie!

Slow and steady. Hard stretch is a quick path to injury.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I believe the terms you are looking for are the following. Slow and Steady (6-8 hours ADS and Extenders) and Dedicated Good Workout (30min-1hour). Meaning that both are good and not one is better than the other and a combination of the two is good, of course, everyone is different and some will work better than others. With a dedicated good workout, you would do a good Jelq/manual/hang for 30min-1hour. So this area that you speak about "Hard and Shorter or Uncomfortable " 2-4 hours is not supported, recommended, or done in PE. I believe nothing in PE should ever be considered "uncomfortable"
