Does anyone notice that it takes longer to get erect after starting PE? My penis has never looked better in just the short amount of time I’ve been doing my routine. Yet it seems that it takes longer for me to get hard. It still works great don’t get me wrong (Hell it works better!), but it just takes longer. It seems like it has to fill up more, or that maybe from all the handling of my penis the sensitivity has gone down, and it’s not as easy for me to just touch it a bit and make it happy. The most manhandling is when I wet Jelq, and at that time I use liquid KY. Does anyone maybe use a better product? I feel that a lot of times after a good session my penis is very tired, and not as sensitive. I also tend to take a shower immediately after my session, and I suds up really good, as to get all the slick KY off. Maybe the soap plus a penis that has just been worked for a half an hour aren’t a good thing. My routine is two days on, and one off. I will say that on the third day it is much easier to get my penis hard. Is this to be expected somewhat?

Maybe your penis has gotten bigger therefore takes more time to fill with blood ;) Or it could just be the constant touching of the penis that has got it used to touch.

This is not new hoch. Most Newbie PE’ers will lose some erection strength in the beginning. It is usually do to over training, going at it too hard and too fast in the first month. Also it may be difficult to get a quick erection right after a session. My suggestion is build up your kegels and take at least two days rest a week, if not more.

It is very common and to be expected. PE tires out all the tissues of your penis. As long as it behaves normally on the third day when it is fully recovered, it is nothing to worry about.

Had the same problem.used to get erections for no reason before PE.. Jelqed for 30 minutes a day for a full month strait no rest days and now I’m going to take a week break and wait till I get a boner for no reason to start again where I will now rest two days a week.(although I still do wake up with morning wood in the beginning of my first month I would have a boner before I feel asleep and wake up with one in the morning too)

A week rest period is good, but you over worked it I’m sure, ease back into the newbie program.

The funny thing is mid month it was gaining and having the hardest erections of my life and than I started jelqing with full erections.I hope I get back to that mid month feeling!! I would get huge erections just talking on the phone with a girl, now I get a lifeless semi.

Well I took the past four days off 100%. No sex, no masturbation, no PE, and I can say my penis is like a rock. For us noobs I’d say it’s very obvious that many of us go at it too hard sometimes. Not quite knowing our limits for a while. I’ve REALLY started to notice that we’re all SO different. I’m a young healthy guy that works out a lot. (I’m not sure if that helps a ton) But in my humble opinion I’d say it really matters. I have great blood flow, and I’m quite sure it has much to do with my fast gains. I think overall more newbies need to know that rest is just as important as hardcore PE. When my gains first started showing I freaked out, and did not notice for a second that I was focusing on the next big leap in size. Really without much effort I was addicted to PE. This was great, but as a new guy to PE I really needed more rest, and at first maybe even the newbie routine was a little too much for me. Again not quite knowing my limits as a noob I might have did many things wrong at first, and stressed out my penis. The people on this forum are awesome, and the advice is excellent! I’m still the new kid on the block here, but the more I search on the forum, and the more I learn from my experiences I can see being an active, and helpful member in the not so distant future.

I agree.I was so happy with my new penis I just kept going and going. I can’t wait to get back.

I’m about a month into PE, and I don’t miss the random boners at all. It’s pretty annoying to be sitting in a meeting and, of course, right at the end out pops mini-me when everyone is standing to go and I just have to sit there pretending to write down notes. Now I only get erections in the morning and when I need them. Admittedly, it does take longer to become erect.

I think I made myself lose blood flow at one point and I guess it’s going to take a little bit to come back to normal.than I will continue jelqing without losing any blood flow this time.
