Harder=Thinner?

Harder=Thinner?

Being my flaccid size around 4.75 x 4.2 NBP and my erect size 7.3 x 4.7 BP, i’m pretty shower.

A weird thing that happens to me is that if my erection level is something like 80%, my girth will be the same if not a tad bigger than when i’m rock 100% hard.

How does it has any sense?

Like i reach 4.7 easily in the first case and i struggle to reach that at my max,sometimes i measure 4.6 max.

Typically you hear about that EQ improvement that causes 0.25 inch or more in girth sometimes, but if my EQ reach the next level it seems to decrease.

Did anybody else notice that? What causes my penis not to expand in width even if the CC and CS seem to have much more blood inside?

I mean, i love the hardness it gets but i’m here to gain some size, especially.

Starting size: 6.7 x 4.4

Current size: 7.25 x 4.6

Penis has elastic tissues. You can stretch it in one direction and in another, but when you try to stretch in both, then get smaller result than any of those at peak.

Starting : 7.6 BPEL, 5.5 MEG

Current: 8.1 BPEL, 5.7 MEG

Goal: To understand what makes penis to grow.

There’s a name and a complicated looking math equation for this effect. It is known as "Poisson’s effect" or "Poisson’s ratio". If a cylinder is stretched one way, it will become smaller the other way. If you squished your penis down shorter, you know it would force it to become fatter, right? It’s the opposite type of effect. I am 5.5" girth when 100% erect, 5 5/8" if 95% erect, and at 90% erect I can hit 5 3/4". Then it just shrinks as I lose erection strength. But yeah, totally normal. It’s just physics my dude. I can have a 7 3/4" x 5 1/2" erection, or a 7 1/2" x 5 5/8"-3/4" erection, but I can’t quite have a 7 3/4" x 5 3/4" erection. Yet.

Same here. 5.5 girth when standing errect. 5.25 when I I am clamped hard. The extra pressure in the penis goes to length and in my case a stronger upward curve. If I bend it back to straight I’m back at 5.5 while clamped. I know the clamp is working when I get to 5.5 while clamped without straightening.

Gotcha,pretty sad.
Thanks for the explanation.

I don’t think Poisson’s ratio applies. It doesn’t account for elasticity. Does a balloon only expand in one direction? Your penis will expand until the corpus cavernosum reaches the limit of elasticity.

The penis, and the chambers of the penis, are all cylindrical, and as such, subject to Poisson’s ratio.

It doesn’t account for elasticity.
