I agree. I’ve FINALLY found a routine that is working for me. Giving me consistent gains, where nothing else has. And I guarantee you that if I were to post that routine I would be bombarded by a lot of guys who would say “you’re doing way too much”, “that’s way too much stress on your cock”, and some smart ass would likely say “yea, have fun with your bigger dick that doesn’t work after you fuck yourself up”, because that’s what you get from guys that think they know every thing.
Truth of the matter is, I began PE with above-average size. I started with low intensity and low time, and gradually increased one or the other through different stages of experimenting with PE. I took de-conditioning breaks, the works. All the stuff that guys on here say you have to do to be successful. After listening to all the “less is more”- “no more is more” arguments, I decided I just had to take a few techniques that “kind of” worked for me, and put them together. It has been the first routine that has actually given me noticeable results, and I’m really happy about it.
That said, I think safety is still always “job one”. Don’t go hanging 50 lbs off your dick your first time hanging (if you choose to hang). Try something more like 2.5-5lbs. Don’t pump your first time at 30inHg for 3 hours straight (that sounds like it would be quite painful). Try more like 10 or 15 mins at 2-3inHg. You get my drift. Take it all nice and slow. Work your way up in intensity slowly and safely. I went years without good, consistent gains, and finally found something that finally worked. Even after having the “this stuff is bullshit, why am I wasting my time on this, I know this shit doesn’t work, these guys are all full of shit” conversation with myself many many times. Just stick with it, and don’t expect fast gains. MAYBE that IS a consequence of starting out with larger girth.
Just my two cents. Take it with a grain of salt, along with everything else here. Find what works FOR YOU.
