I’ve used it for about a month now with hanging and Vacuum ADS.
It works wonders for EQ and vascularity but difficult to say for gains since it’s not the only thing I’m doing. My veins are much more visible since I started AM1.
You should try it it doesn’t take much time. I started doing 10 min and slowly worked up to 30 min, 2 days on 1 off.
