I will share my experience with AM1. I use it, on a daily basis along with Hanging, and manual stretching. Yes you can improve circulation, at least temporarily. Ask any massage therapist. I use it as form of edging. It avoids the hot-spots, so to speak, so I can get harder, than I would be able to under normal circumstances. Also, I could do it for hours, if I had the time. It takes a while to get the form right. But it is a good tool to have in conjunction with other, means of enlargement.
I think Janus was off, on much of his theory, but improving circulation, is only going to benefit the process. You have to give the guy some credit. He created dialogue, that informed us about the anatomy of our members. We spend a lot of time pulling, clamping, wrapping, and whatever else. Getting good blood flow, will always be key to achieving the best results. If we could max out our blood flow for a period of time each day, I think it would be a beneficial compliment to any PE method. That’s my opinion, at least.
