Have there been any people gaining size on the Angion Method?

What the hell is “the macro pulse”? Sheer stress is a real thing, but it is not a real thing in PE. All this stuff is nonsense.

Coming from a recovering hard flaccid sufferer I’m not a huge fan of clamping like exercises, and penis pumping appears to be a safer alternative. I approve at least the Angion 1 is great for EQ but that does not mean I religiously want to follow the rest of his methodology.

Well you may as well know that Janus dissaproves of pumping as well.
Personally I can recommend sensible pumping for EQ but I don’t rate it for gaining.

There are some guys that claim it worked for them. But I’m theorizing they all just got “Newby Gains” from basically Jelqing and edging. That’s really all his program is: gentle jelqs and edging.

I suggest anyone who’s interested go to youtube and watch his videos and read the coments.
I think I’ve seen and read them all now and there’s a tiny handfull of guys who claim they gained a small amount, usually within a week or so and then they dissapear.
I haven’t seen one person say they’ve been following his routines for months and have made steady progress or any claims of big gains, apart from Janus own claims from when he first appeared here.

He says try his new program for a few weeks and you’ll see “there’s nothing in the realms of PE that can hold a candle to it”
Funnily enough he said the same about his origonal routine over a year ago, and the second version.
I tried both for 3 months and gained zero like a number of other guys here and at Pegym and MOS.

Make what you will out of it.

I will share my experience with AM1. I use it, on a daily basis along with Hanging, and manual stretching. Yes you can improve circulation, at least temporarily. Ask any massage therapist. I use it as form of edging. It avoids the hot-spots, so to speak, so I can get harder, than I would be able to under normal circumstances. Also, I could do it for hours, if I had the time. It takes a while to get the form right. But it is a good tool to have in conjunction with other, means of enlargement.

I think Janus was off, on much of his theory, but improving circulation, is only going to benefit the process. You have to give the guy some credit. He created dialogue, that informed us about the anatomy of our members. We spend a lot of time pulling, clamping, wrapping, and whatever else. Getting good blood flow, will always be key to achieving the best results. If we could max out our blood flow for a period of time each day, I think it would be a beneficial compliment to any PE method. That’s my opinion, at least.

The “Angion Method”, as it was first introduced here, is just a very specific way of edging. You should know, as most of us do, that edging at the end of your workout is a beneficial thing to do. But no one will tell you with a straight face that edging alone will get you size gains. The Angion Method will not get you gains either. Maybe an eighth or possibly at the VERY most a quarter inch in improved EQ, but that’s it. I would recommend that thumb twiddling form of edging, you know, the AM, over regular edging, as I saw a real improvement in EQ when I experimented with it. But if you think you’re going to gain size without pushing your tunica beyond its current size, you’re going to be disappointed. Time spent edging, be it the AM or not, is definitely helpful performed after a tunica targeting workout. It just as surely a waste of time when performed without it. Unless of course you just want to improve your EQ. It will help with that.
