New here, came in on thunder’s expansion team

Anyway, while doing my newb stretching I began to notice that my shaft goes further into my pelvic bone then I previously realized

I can grab more of it if I grab below the testes, (thew perineum) I can grab quite a bit of shaft

I’ve been stretching from there and jelqing from there, I have no idea if it’s helping since I just started but it sure feels like if I could get more of that area to show (My inner penis) that would be the best place to start

Anyway, while I’m at it and rather then start a new thread;

When I measure erect, I have quite a turn up (which I do not want to correct, I like it), do I measure the arch as well or do I just do a point a to point b measurement

It’s quite a difference, about 1/2 inch depending in if I am following the line of the penis with the tape or pulling the tape tight

I have an arch too but mine bends the other way.

It’s difficult to measure along the arch without a flexible tape rather than a hard ruler, but with a tape BP measurements are more difficult so it’s probably a roughly equal trade-off. Since you won’t “gain” or “lose” much from whichever method, I recommend a BP in a straight line as a more consistent approach, which is really what you want to track progress accurately. Even more consistent would be a BPFSL (That’s the only length measure I bother with).

You’re right though - I don’t think I have ever heard of jelqing the inner penis although due to the difficulty in doing this (You can’t make an OK grip, at best a half circle) I’d say it may not be worth the time. Plus, pressure on the perineum is not necessarily a good thing. Cyclists sometimes have problems with numbness and ED from prolonged pressure there. But, if you can perfect some technique that seems to help then by all means share it!

You could do a Forum Search about “behind the balls” grip. It’s difficult to find something that wasn’t already mentioned earlier on this forum :)

From what I recall, it is considered risky, dangerous, with possible nerves damage. I suggest you to dig/ask more information before going hard on this path!

I’ve had the bikers numbness thing a few times, real scary the first time it happened, after the second time I made sure I changed sitting positions

Anyway, I don’t think ‘m not restricting flow when I jelq since it’s impossible to get around the entire shaft and you do have to stop and go to get past the testes

But I really think gains might come from stretching from there, I have to admit, it’s hard to feel a real stretch though, it’s pretty tough over there and really doesn’t give at all

One question. How do you jeqling starting from below the balls? Won’t your hand jelq your balls as well?

I stop and go, using two hands I migrate the blood as far as I can, kegel, use the other hand and get as close as I can to continue the jelq

I have an upward curve and use a soft measuring tape to take that into account. Haha the outward curve gives an insane measurement ;) But it’s perfectly legitimate to measure the curve (Inside one).

Oh and I think the normal stretching exercises, especially upwards and straight out target that inner penis to get gains.
