Head Gains, Clamping

I measure 6.25 in girth most of the way down my penis. When I get to the head of my penis that’s where the 6.25 stops at. I really would like to have the same size head as the rest of my penis. How do I concentrate on just the head of my penis to make it match up with the rest of my penis? Has anyone here experienced the same problem? I feel that first impressions are critical and would like the same size head. Sure it’s easier to get it in but I think a bigger head would improve the looks of my penis a lot. First start with the newbie routine ans stick to it for the following 3 months. Then you can improve the upper part of your penis with Ulis while keeping the lower part the same.
