Head Jelqs - Over 200 Jelqs

First do you think someone would derive much more benefit from doing more than 200 slow jelqs?

In the manual it says not to jelq the head but I tend too a bit, do you think that might help with head gains?

With those plans you could finish up with a damaged penis, requiring a lay off, for things to heal

I wouldn’t jelq the actual head. I noticed when I hold a squeeze just below the glans, it works nice. Doing this after pumping also helps to get the head bigger.
Increasing head size is a very slow process, and gains increase in slow increments without giving up the head exercises. If you stop working the head it is easy to lose gains as well. Moral of the story is always work the head vigorously if you want a noticeably larger one.

I always stop just under the head. The pressure from the jelqs to me seems way too much to go any further.

I guess I never looked into it. Is it common to also gain size in your head?

Jelqing the head would be the last thing I would want to do when PEeing. It’s too dangerous.

What about the first question. My hands especially the left one really begins to ache around the 150 mark, I have to push to 200.I used to do up to 500 but I did them so quickly and that was a while ago.
