Heard a tearing sound

Hello everyone, I am obviously doing the newbie routine, but today when I was doing my stretches, I heard and felt a tearing sound, at the base of my shaft. It wasn’t painful. But it did happen twice.

I know that the length is gained by micro tears to the tissue, but are you supposed to be able to hear it happen? I was giving it a little more of an effort than normal. But nothing crazy. I also don’t want to go at it too fast and get scar tissue, which would slow my potential gains.

Just wondering what some of the more experienced people here might have to say or suggest. Thanks!

It’s called a lig pop and it’s nothing bad. It happened to me the first time I stretched. Scared the hell out of me. I don’t know why people call them “pops” because they sound more like tears to me, too.


Then: 6.75" x 5" ----> Now: 8.5" x 5.75"

Statstatstats.

I get them everytime I start my stretching. Nothing to worry about. Stretch on!

Thanks for the reply men!! It’s just reassuring to know that everything is OK. Like I said, I know that if you do too much damage, too fast, and get scar tissue, instead of the micro tears. That it will give you less gains, because the scar tissue just bulks up, instead of allowing growth.

So with two Senior Members telling me game on, I must be doing it right. Thanks again, for your response!
