Heat And Wet Jelq

Hello, I’ve already mentioned the idea of using a constant heat all time through the exercises.

But I’ve got a couple of questions about it.

I’ve been told in other forums on this site that if you do wet jelq with an infra red lamp you’ll basically risk to fry. And if you want to use the heat you have to do dry jelq only. But they also say that dry jelq is not for beginners. So my question is: is this true? Is it really not advised to do wet jelq with infra red lamp? I’m a beginner, so if it’s true that wet jelq and infra red lamp is dangerous, and dry jelq is not for beginners, isn’t it any possible way for a beginner to use this method exercise + constant heat to improve gains? Thank you.

I have been doing my exercises under a 250w infrared lamp, which is too strong and I’m fine. I’m under it for over 2 years, if I’m not mistaken. I have picture of my lamp on my thread from about the time I acquired it.

250w is way too much and I compensate by staying far from the heat source.

Gotta apply common sense in this situation. If you feel uncomfortably hot, back away.

By the way, during most of this time under the IR lamp, there was plenty of wet jelqs and pumping with my penis soaked in oil.

Follow the recommendations and common sense, you will be fine.

I see, so it’s basically all about finding the right distance from the lamp.
Can you advise any lamp for the beginning? I think 250w would be too much for me.
Do you also know a way to protect testcles from heat?

Start with 125w lamp, it seems to be the best option.

Wrap any reflective material to protect your testicles.

Be aware with your eyes. Infrared isn’t friendly to human eyes.

Thanks. Do you think silver paper is enough to protect the testicles?

A tissue wrap is better, so the skin can breathe and balls don’t cook inside.

Reflective colors like white should do it.

It helps by inclinating the lamp, making the beam target your penis from up above. This way your penis will cover most of your testicles and also won’t burn your eyes.

I tried using a ceramic infrared lamp for heating, but it was too difficult to keep it at a useful distance that was neither too cool nor too hot and not in the way of my hands. This was many many years ago, now I pump and use a electric heat wrap around the tube.
