Recommend me a FIR pad to be used on a pump. My Total Man pad is busted. Preferably something that’s bigger than Total Mans but if you can’t think one then recommend that size.

And preferably one with USB-A/Europlug. That Silk Eyemask mentioned earlier is seems ideal otherwise but is not FIR! Found Thermedic PW150L seller from Indonesia, but fuck, I ain’t gonna order from there. :|

I have an IR heat lamp as well. I didn’t procure it for PE, but it works for it just the same.
Target heat with a pad is hard to beat though, if you can’t afford US. I’ve been considering this pad:

It only has 8 jades, but that should be plenty to heat the whole member. Especially if left to saturate and you rotate it once in a while. I rotate my regular heating pad already, because it has hot/cold spots.
They do have two lengths, 47" and 20".
