Hello guys not a newbie here .
I have done newbie routine and have conditioned myself .

So I start my journey with PE again .
Recently I started clamping before 2 weeks .
I have some questions .

At the moment my routine consists of 3x10 minute sets or 2x5 minute sets depends on the time during the day .
I do 1 day on / 1 off sometimes 2/3 on and 2 off .

I use sock as a wrap

Most of the time during clamping I get about 0.3 and very rare I get 0.5 inch girth expansion . Am I doing something wrong ? I read here guys getting much more expansion .

And between the sets I just sit and don’t do anything .
Is it okey if between the sets I just continue to edge or masturbate or I have to go completely flaccid and then at the 9-10 minute off stimulate myself again ? That is what I am doing right now .
Right now I do 10 set then 10 minutes off and again .
Would it be better if I do 10 minute clamp set , and then without losing my erection , just continue to masturbate for 10 minutes and then start another clamping set of 10 minutes and again repeat this until I reach 3 sets of clamping ?

Also when I started I clamped real hard and I got bruises and red spots everywhere .
Then I reduced the pressure on the next days and the less pressure I use the less expansion - that’s what I have noticed but less bruising and redness .
Right now I don’t use that much pressure and I don’t get that big expansion .
But even with less pressure which means I allow more click before I close the clamp - every time even on days when I don’t have that much time and I do only 5 minute sets x 2
I still get red spots or busted capillaries everywhere ? Is this normal or I am doing it wrong ?
Should I get red sports on my “member” after even 2x5 minutes set or I am still using too much pressure ?
Also on my clamping days my refractory period when I have fun with my current female friends takes a lot longer to recover compared to my refractory period on my non clamping days .

My main questions should I masturbate between sets and not let my erection subside or is it an overkill ?
Are the red sports normal ? Even at low pressure clamping I mean I get between 03.-0.5 girth expansion ? But If I do 2sets of 5 minutes I still get red spots everywhere ? Is this normal or I am still using too much pressure ?

Red spots are broken capillaries that occur because of too much pressure and then reoccur easily when you haven’t taken a long enough break to let them fully heal. So for right now, I would recommend taking 2-3 weeks off to fully heal.

Since the red spots occur from too much pressure, when you start again you will have to take it real easy. But clamping is an advanced exercise to use after you are fully conditioned, so it is not the best place to start up. Going back to the Newbie routine and starting with easy stretching and jelqing to recondition yourself after recovering from your injuries is the safest way to go.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I would say edging/ masturbating between sets is a good practice. Your keeping the expanded state.

I think lots of us get the red spots. It is an injury, burst caliparies/veins.(I think) They are not good, but sometimes I think they are unavoidable in some P.E.

As far as the days you’re having fun with your lady friends, you might want to go light on the clamping. I know the expansion you can get from clamping is awesome. But I’ve also recently found out is is very fatiguing for your penis. A couple weeks ago, I did 3-10 minute sets in the morning,and 1 about an hour before “game time”. I was all excited about big I was gonna be. Well, “game time” came and my EQ was horrible!! Very disappointing!! Too much clamping WILL tire your dick out! But then again, I’m 51 years old. If you’re younger or luckier than me, that might not be the case.

My question was should I let my “member” go completely flaccid so it can get fresh with new blood ? Or immediately after clamping I can start edge/masturbation even when my member has literally changed colour to purple .

I use not so much force , sometimes is very few here and there red spots , but sometimes there are everywhere , in both cases on the next day my “member” is like new with no red spots .
But even 1 set of 5 minutes on medium force , I still get a red spots here and there .

Yeah I agree clamping is tiring my “member” so my refractory period increases by a lot .
Also my EQ is not the same like when I am not doing PE on the relax day .

In my opinion, you don’t need to go completely flaccid before edging between sets.
