Hello Post
Hello All,
I am brand new to PE. After much thought, I feel it is something I want to do for all the correct reasons. My fiance and I have no problems as I am, and have recieved no negative comments. However, I feel a natural inadequacy (or perhaps it is intimidation) when the subject of a larger penis comes up. This always leads to a strong desire to be better than I am. I also feel as though I have absolutely no reason to not reward my girl with my best effort to please her. So, I have found myself here. After reading for a few days, I am amazed by the overall support and the lack of stereotypical BS. I am excited to be a part of it.
I guess this is where I cough up the starting point details. I do not have a cloth tape (will get one soon), so girth measurements were taken using a piece of paper wrapped around the shaft and marked with a marker. I would consider this to be an approximation on girth, for now.
BPEL: 6.0 inches
NBPEL: 5.5-5.75 inches
EG: 5.25 inches
My main goal while utilizing PE is to create a fuller and harder erection. I believe the associated staying power and overall muscular look is reason enough to do this. In terms of long term size goals, I would say they are as follows:
BPEL: 7.25 inches
NBPEL: 7 inches
EG: 5.75-6.0 inches
I just started a variation of the newbie routine last night (12/31 - Happy New Year, Penis!), and it was basically an excercise in technique. Today’s routine was much better. However, I am going to experiment with using some sort of cloth to grip the penis during manual stretching, because I had some problems keeping a nice, safe, tight grip for 30 seconds without slippage or skin irritation. I will follow the 2 on 1 off routine until I get used to this routine:
5 minutes - hot washcloth warmup
10 minutes - manual stretching (9 o’clock LOT = lower angle stretching of 30 seconds per stretch)
1 minute - light BTC stretching
15 minutes - wet jelq (overhand grip)
At this point I shower as a cool down (warm down) and perform 3 second kegels (approx. 50)
I will do this routine until I get used to the excercises, and then increase times and repetitions at a safe rate. I am also on a quest to drop to below 12% body fat by my wedding, utilizing Met-Rx, l-arginine, lots of water, and a restricted calorie diet. I lift 3 days a week and do cardio 5 days a week. Hopefully this will allow me to say goodbye to the fatpad.
Anyway, there it is. Hello everyone, glad to meet you all.
