Hi, I’ve been PEing 4 months from now and I am really happy.I love this site, I want to thank all the people who are responsible about it, all the other people like me who are here with a purpose:)
I have only one question - mt current routine is:
few minutes warm up
7-10x1 minute inverted v stretch
3-5x1 minute inverted v stretch a stretch
20-30 minutes jelqing at different errection levels (sometimes I’m tired and I hardly keep 20% erection level , but another time I’m turned on and I have 90-100%erection level)
after that I have a shower while it I’m kegeling differently - 30-50 slow 5sec kegels, 50 fast kegels, 50 at normal speed kegels)
When I started PEing I measured my LOT and it was 7 30 so I decided to attack the tunica and that’s why I’ve changed the normal stretches into inverted stretches.
My starting measurements were:
03.08.2004
BPEL:15,5sm
girth:12sm
06.09.2004
BPEL:16,5sm
girth:12,5sm
and now is:
07.01.2005
BPEL:18,5 - 19sm (best case when a kegel is preformed)
girth:13,5sm
So my question is:
Do you think I should change my routine and how?
