Jelquing and the many variations there off are of course the mainstay of girth work but unless you have logged a few months of dedicated newbie routine time don’t mess with the variations. Uli’s Routine is an example of a girth workout.

Why not post what you have been doing so the guys have a better idea of what kind of advise to give.

I would probably focus more on girth excercises. They seem to specifically focus more on girth.

I can see where you’re coming from, however, I think since he wants to focus on girth specifically, he should really do some girth excercises because the seem to target girth more.

Not only what one has been doing but the current stats will also be helpful in giving any advice.
I think the Admins should consider making it mandatory to enter current PE stats for registering a forum member. This can be displayed in Public Profile (of course accessible only for registered members).
