Hello everyone I am new to the forum, I have spent the last 30 minutes familiarising myself with the forum, and I have read alot of interesting things about PE that I never knew about.(now that I got that out the way) I’m new to PE so am thinking of starting the newbie routine. I just wanted to know if I have to modify it or can I just do it as it is? And if I have to modify it can someone help me please?

My current measurements are.

Length “7” inches

Girth “4.5 inches

Hello biggz, I have also just started out after weeks of reading through this site to gain all the knowledge I can get. Seems to me that the newbie routine is the best way to start and I am following it to the ‘T’. I have read time and time again that this is where a lot of the members here have seen their biggest gains, and it would only make sense to modify your routine if you get to a patch by where you are not gaining. Obviously you can add to the routine as you get a little more experienced.

Yes, but you don’t need to stick to that long. As you get more used to jelqing and using the techniques, you can altar the routine to fit your goals and schedule. Go in nice and easy. It’s better to under-do than overdo it.

Don’t push it too hard. I injured myself 3 times.

Oth, I’ve gained just under an inch in length and about 1/8” in thickness.

This stuff really works.
